Dr. Darrell Morton and Mint32 Dentistry represent the convergence of three passions: research and education, general and cosmetic dentistry, and people.

Dr. Darrell Morton, Doctor of Dental Medicine graduated from Augusta State University with a BS in Biology in 1996. An accomplished researcher, Dr. Morton earned national recognition for his work in the field of dental materials and biocompatibility and was recruited by the National Institutes of Health and National Institute of Dental Craniofacial Research. However, preferring people to the lab, he turned from his career in research to the pursuit of dentistry and earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia.

Today, in addition to leading Mint 32 Dentistry, Dr. Morton is a Clinical Instructor at the Medical College of Georgia. Believing the best teachers are committed students, Dr. Morton has trained with the internationally acclaimed Hornbrook Group. The Hornbrook Group offers rigorous hands-on, post-graduate training in cosmetic dentistry while addressing priorities of both function and aesthetics. Dr. Morton is among five percent of dentists in the world who have completed the program.

Additionally, he has achieved the position of “Sustaining Member” with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry having passed a rigorous examination. His other memberships include the American Dental
Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Hinman Dental Society, Georgia Dental Association and Northern District Dental Association.
